Book a Meeting or Study Room.
The Library has a variety of meeting spaces available for your needs free of charge including meeting rooms and study rooms.
Before You Get Started
- All meetings must be free and open to the public.
- To ensure equitable access, reservations for large and small meeting rooms are limited to two uses within one calendar month. Each reservation may not exceed four hours.
- Study room reservations are limited to two uses within one week. Each study room reservation may not exceed two hours.
- Meeting Rooms may be reserved eight weeks in advance. Study Rooms may be reserved one week in advance.
- Fees may not be charged to attend meetings, and no dues, tuition, etc. may be collected before, during or after the meeting.
- No donations of money or other property will be solicited or collected from meeting participants and no sales pitches will be made.
- Meetings in the meeting rooms must be booked by someone 18 or older. There is no age restriction to make a study room reservation.
- Meeting participants are expected to follow the Library Rules of Conduct and may not interfere with the proper functioning of the Library. Read the Library Rules of Conduct.
- All meeting rooms have maximum capacities that may not be exceeded for safety reasons.
- Booking time includes setup and breakdown time.
- The Library always reserves the right to cancel your confirmed meeting for a Library-sponsored event.
- The Library will release the room to other users after 15 minutes if you have not shown up. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the Library.
- Use of our meeting rooms constitutes an agreement to the Library’s Meeting Room Policy. Read the Meeting Room Policy.
