In-Person and by Phone: Staff are available to answer questions in-person and by phone during library open hours: Library locations, hours, and phone numbers.

If you need additional assistance, you may book a 30-minute appointment with library staff for:
- Technology Help – We can assist you in developing basic technology skills. Please note, that we cannot diagnose or fix problems with your personal computer or device.
- Library Resources – We can provide an overview of any library databases and online learning resources such as accessing library collections including our e-book collection.
- Research Assistance – We can share search strategies and show you how to research your topic using our library collection both in print and online.
