Notice: We are currently experiencing issues with delivery of the Welcome email which contains customers’ virtual library card numbers if the email address provided is a Microsoft address (hotmail.com, live.com, outlook.com, msn.com, etc.). New accounts are still being created, but customers who do not receive the email will need to contact their local library location to receive their card numbers.
