Estate Planning: Tools, Tips, Tricks, and Traps
Thursday, Aug. 1 at noon
Attorney Mark Reinhardt will present the “ABCs” of estate planning in “Tools, Tips, Tricks and Traps”. This brief, but informative seminar will cover some of the most important aspects of estate planning, including:
- What are the goals and strategies of Estate Planning?
- What is the best “vehicle” for my estate, a Will or Living Trust?
- How can I ensure that my gifts will be “beneficial” for my beneficiaries?
- Do I need to worry about estate taxes and, if so, how can I minimize them?
- How do I know if my planning out-of-date?
This seminar will be a great way to learn about the basics of estate planning or simply need a refresher on the topic. Mark will also provide some resources for those who want to learn more since, after all, the hosts of the seminar are some great public libraries.
Mark A. Reinhardt has been with Rehberg Law Group since 2009 and is a partner. Mark received a master’s degree from Indiana University in 1986 before graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree from Northwest University School of Law in 1991. Mark is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and has spoken at a number of seminars and WSBA-sponsored trainings in Illinois and Washington State. He was selected by his peers as a “Rising Star” in Washington Law and Politics Magazine and is also a member of the East King County Estate Planning Council.
