Become a Friend
of the Library!

Friends of the Library groups are member-supported, independent nonprofit organizations who support library services in their community. Friends groups:  

  • Advocate for and increase public awareness of library services, needs and strategic plans. 
  • Raise funds through book sales and other activities. Funds are contributed annually to support library programs, services and resources.  

 

Pierce County Library System is currently supported by 14 Friends groups. New members are always welcome.

Book Donations and Sales >  

Donate gently used books, DVDs and more or purchase from a Friends of the Library sale. Proceeds support the Library.
